The largest product group in terms of imports has been Sitc659 (floor coverings, etc.), worth $414 million. In export the largest value had Sitc282 (ferrous waste and scrap; remelting scrap ingots of iron or steel), worth being $473 million. The value of exports during this period decreased by 23.7 %. The trade balance in goods between the two countries between January and April last year had been in surplus when it had a deficit in the corresponding period of the current year.
