More than half of the value of imports was in Sitc764 (telecommunications equipment, n.e.s., and parts, n.e.s., and accessories of apparatus falling within division 76) representing a share of 57.1 per cent. The second major category of imports was Sitc874 (measuring, checking, analysing and controlling instruments and apparatus, n.e.s.), corresponding to the share of 7.8 per cent of imports.

Exports to Estonia more than doubled from the previous year's September. The value of exports was $51 million. The largest product groups of exports were: Sitc334 (petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals (other than crude); preparations, n.e.s., containing by weight 70% or more of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous minerals, these oils being the basic constituents of the prepar), which represented a share of 22.9 per cent of total exports, Sitc764 (telecommunications equipment, n.e.s., and parts, n.e.s., and accessories of apparatus falling within division 76) 19.2 % and Sitc057 (fruit and nuts (not including oil nuts), fresh or dried) 8.9 % of the exports.
